- Our printing and production process typically takes between 7 to 14 business days, depending on the complexity and volume of your order.
- This timeframe begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been processed successfully.
- Why do we have a lead time like this?  We are a handmade business,  we design print and manufacture all our stock.   We do not import our products.  

-Orders placed during sales may experience longer production times due to high volumes of orders.  Please allow for extra time when ordering during our publicised sales.

2. **Custom Orders:**
- For custom or personalized orders, additional time may be required for design confirmation and approval before production begins. We will keep you updated on the progress of your order throughout this process.

3. **Quality Assurance:**
- We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products. Our team meticulously reviews each item before it is shipped to ensure accuracy and excellence.

4. **Shipping:**

Please note, Bank Deposit payments are required to be paid at time of order.   We only hold orders for 24 hours.  This is to maintain fairness during our sales and ensure all customers receive fair pricing on their orders.
